Casey is a serial entrepreneur ranging from Real Estate to the Sports & Fitness industries.

After buying his first property while earning a University of Wyoming masters degree in Petroleum Engineering over 14 years ago, he has gone on to develop integrated real estate businesses in multiple regions across the United States. He is now sharing his knowledge and experience as a real estate investor and business owner through digital and in-person gatherings.

Casey has been acquiring real estate through creative finance strategies since 2016. He has used some form of creative finance in over 25 deals in the past 3 months and holds over $25MM in assets in which a good portion was acquired through creative finance means. Casey is a member of some of the top Real Estate Masterminds in the US including Collective Genius and SubTo and is a leader within the creative finance space within these communities. In May 2024, Casey will be leading Pace Morby's SubTo community in a weekly zoom call, Problem to Profits where he helps sellers investors through creative finance deals they are struggling to get to the finish line.
