🌿 SOUND JOURNEYS FOR GABRIELLA Deep Rest in Support of Deep Healing Over the course of three days, we’re offering a series of 9 intimate sound journeys—each held in the cozy comfort of a Chiang Mai home, with space for just 9 participants per session. This is a call to gather in quiet support for Gabriella—a vibrant, resilient woman now facing a serious health journey that includes invasive surgery and extensive medical care. These sessions offer rest and resonance as a way of coming together—gently, generously, and with intention. 🌀 Each 75-minute session includes guided Yoga Nidra + NSDR followed by the immersive soundscape of Himalayan brass bowls, singing bowls, gong, shruti, voice, handpan, and more. 💛 Led by Colleen Thornton & Alan Strydom 📍 Location Private home near Chiang Mai Old City (Address shared upon registration) 🧺 All props provided (mats, pillows, eye covers).
