Hey everyone! ๐
This is Clara, Iโll be organizing weekly workout sessions at Decathlon every Wednesday morning starting next week!
#### ๐ฅ What to Expect
Join us for THE POWER CIRCUIT FULL BODY TRAINING โ a fun and energizing full-body circuit workout designed to build strength and endurance.
Weโll move through 8โ10 stations, spending 60 seconds working and 20 seconds resting at each.
Expect a mix of bodyweight, dumbbell, and sometimes resistance band exercises.
You can challenge yourself at your own pace while enjoying the shared energy of the group. ๐ฅ
Some exercises will include partner options, but most are individual.
After two full rounds, weโll end with a Finisher Challenge โ 3 to 5 exercises for reps.
๐ฅ First one to finish gets a coffee from the last one! โ๐
#### ๐ What to Bring
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Optional: your own resistance band or light dumbbells
- Positive energy and team spirit!

Iโm Clara, a French fitness lover currently living in Chiang Mai until early January.
Fitness has always been my anchor wherever I go. Iโve practiced HIIT, functional training, bodyweight workouts, and Pilates-inspired movement.
Iโm currently working toward becoming a certified personal trainer, and I canโt wait to share the motivation and sweat with you all! ๐ช
