EVENT PRICE 200 THB

"When competence gets replaced with feelings."
At a recent event, I witnessed a moment that stuck with me. A highly intelligent woman was sharing her transition from systemic thinking into research, explaining how she structures her ideas. With 15 years of experience as a researcher, I offered a simple process, intending to support and build on her excellent work.
Suddenly, someone in the audience yelled out: “Stop mansplaining her! Let us hear her side.”
I paused, apologized, and stepped back so the discussion could continue. But the moment raised important questions:

  • When does helpful feedback get perceived as overstepping?
  • How do we balance creating a safe space for expression with a genuine openness to expertise?
  • Can intention and perception coexist without shutting down the dialogue?

This event isn’t about assigning blame—it’s about understanding the mechanics of our conversations. How do we communicate across differences in experience, gender, and tone without immediately assuming bad intent?
Join us for an open, respectful discussion on feedback, boundaries, and how we can build conversations that are both inclusive and intellectually honest.
