Whether you're looking to build genuine friendships, practice being fully present, or simply breathe in some fresh air after being indoors all day, there is a place for you here.

  • 🚶‍♂️ Walk side-by-side: Chat and connect if you feel called to share, or embrace the comfortable silence of a moving meditation.
  • 🌇 Catch the sunset: Let the evening breeze ground you, and allow the day to gently reset.
  • 🍃 Belong as you are: This is a calm, low-pressure community space. Join anytime, leave anytime. No expectations—just show up exactly as you are.

Our Mindful Flow (Flexible):

  • 🕔 5:00 PM - Gather at the CMU main gate to center ourselves and say hello.
  • 🚶‍♀️ 5:00 - 5:30 PM - A steady, mindful walk towards the lake, looping around together.
  • 📸 5:30 - 6:00 PM - Pause to appreciate the sunset, snap an optional group memory, and soak in the present moment.
  • 🍜 Afterward - Deepen connections! Stick around to explore the nearby night market or food court together, or gently head out whenever you need.
