Are you keen to meet other expats and locals while easing yourself into some gentle cardio training?

Join us Saturdays at 8.30am for slow + social running opposite ‘Living a Dream Cafe’ on CMU campus. We will grab food/coffee after a steady 20-25 minute jog. The pace will be suitable for beginners to running with some challenge offered at the end if you’re looking for that.
