📍 On the Day
• Please come to Tully’s Coffee (B1 floor, Chiba Station Central Exit) and speak to the staff holding the Meetup phone.
(In some cases we may run the event in a more casual style.)
• 💡 If the seats are full, we may move to the food court or Burger King. Please check your email on the app for updates. 💡
• After paying ¥500 to the staff, please purchase your own drink and get ready.

• If the staff has prepared, we may do an activity about 40 minutes before the end.

❗️ Please do not dominate the conversation; let everyone enjoy speaking.
❗️ This event is aimed at intermediate to advanced English learners.
Beginners may find themselves mostly listening.
❗️ Be mindful of your voice volume during busy times to avoid disturbing other customers.
(We have not obtained special permission from the café.)

❗️ Avoid last-minute cancellations or arriving late.
❗️ Solicitation related to religion, multi-level marketing, or persistent dating approaches is prohibited.
(Inviting others to different English conversation events is OK.)
❗️ Currently, as long as at least one participant (excluding the host) is signed up 1 hour before the start, the event will be held.
