Join us for an impromptu Accent Reduction Chicago August 2017 Meetup Tonight!

I would like to welcome all of our new members and invite each of you to our August 2017 Chicago Accent Reduction Meetup. This Meetup is FREE.

Sorry for the late notice, but we decided to host a group tonight! We have a lesson prepared and are hoping many of you can attend!

We will meet on Thursday, August 9, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the corporate offices of Accent Pros in the Hancock Building at 875 N Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Robert will meet you in the Chestnut Street lobby near the reception desk at 6:30 p.m.

We will spend some time getting to know each other and teach an accent reduction lesson on pitch, stress, intonation, and American English pronunciation.

The best time to get started on your American accent is right now, so sign up right away. We look forward to meeting new members and reuniting with our experienced members. This Meetup will start promptly at 6:30 p.m., so don't be late because you will not be able to get through security at the Hancock Building to join us if you arrive late. Please arrive early to see "Lucent," the sculpture designed by Wolfgang Buttress. This attractive art piece is a semi-sphere accurately mapping the stars seen from the Northern Hemisphere. The lights are suspended between a mirrored ceiling and a black granite pool of water, which suggests a sense of infinity. The lights twinkle to enhance the brilliant display.
