Chicago AI Engineering Group

The Chicago AI Engineers Meetup is a community that welcomes all engineers who are striving to stay ahead of the curve in Artificial Intelligence. The goal of this group is to provide you with a space for honest, practical knowledge shared by people actually doing the work.

We bring together engineers of all backgrounds and experience levels for in-person meetups in downtown Chicago, hosted near UIC. Each session features local experts sharing real lessons learned. You can expect a blend of technical depth and applied thinking, covering topics like agentic AI, multi-agent systems, developer tooling, architecture patterns, and emerging frameworks shaping how we build and deliver systems in this changing world of software.

Our goal is simple: help grow Chicago into a recognized hub for AI engineering by connecting practitioners, accelerating experimentation, and building a community where engineers can move faster.
