About us
Welcome to Chicago Anime Moms & Little Ones!
This is a social group for moms who love anime, manga, Japanese culture, gaming, or anything nerdy and would like to build genuine friendships with other moms. This group is especially for moms with preschool-aged children, although moms with children of other ages are welcome too.
We’ll plan a mix of child-friendly activities and occasional mom-only outings, including playdates, park meetups, anime discussions, cafés, conventions, movie nights, and trips to anime or comic stores.
You don’t have to be an anime expert—casual fans and longtime fans are both welcome. The goal is to create a friendly, judgment-free community where moms can be themselves, make friends, and let their children socialize too
