So how does one go about starting an agile project? Get in a room, right a bunch of story phrases down on index card, and start development the next day.

Well, this might work sometimes but often a bit more up-front solution space exploration is helpful.

This month's meetup will focus on a technique called Inception - an accelerated way to jump start an agile project. Glenn Bernsohn & Bob Moll from Pathfinder, will present the model we use for Inception and introduce some of the techniques we've found useful on our projects.

As always, pizza and refreshments will be provided.
