Who we are
We’re a diverse group of people who enjoy Chicago’s vibrant arts & culture scene. We like to experience live performances, hands-on workshops, exhibits, tours, and more. Through arts & culture experiences, we hope to connect with each other, learn something interesting, and have fun! Whether you are familiar with Chicago’s arts & culture scene or completely new to it, you are welcome to join us!

What to expect at our events
We primarily attend in-person events organized by museums, galleries, theaters, concert halls, restaurants, etc. located in or around downtown Chicago. We meet at the venue ahead of the event and engage throughout the event to share the experience as a group. As mentioned, the idea is to connect with each other, learn something interesting, and have fun!

Some events are free and others require payment to the venue directly. This Meetup group does not require membership fees.

Hi, I'm Anita. Over the years, I've discovered some of the world-renowned arts & culture experiences that Chicago has to offer as well as the hidden gems. While I'm not an expert, not artistic, and not one for the stage myself, I am a curious lifelong learner who appreciates diverse forms of self-expression.
