Ready for an evening of bluffing and deception?
Avalon (aka "The Resistance") is a Mafia-style party game of deduction and duplicity, for 6-10 players, lasting approximately half an hour. Each player is a loyal Knight of the Round Table - except for a few secret saboteurs, who are randomly assigned at the beginning of the game. It's up to the good guys to try and sniff out the evil traitors in their midst, before the saboteurs can turn everyone else against each other!
Some of us have never played a board game before, others are long-time gamers - but all of us are about having a great time, teaching new players, and making new friends around the Round Table. It's hard for anyone to align the schedules of 10 different friends, so we'd like to build a regular community of players looking to come out for a fun, friendly, casual atmosphere.
"Avalon" is a lot of fun and very easy to learn, so please join us for a great evening. New players are always welcome! I've never played this game with anyone who didn't immediately want to play a second time!
