Fall 🍁 Hike Series 21 - Busse Woods - Busse Forest Central

It's time for the 21st hike of the Hiking Series happening on Sunday Nov 9th @ 10am

This time the location is in Elk Grove, IL at Busse Woods - Busse Forest Central

📍E Higgins Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007

The trail we'll be hiking is called the Busse Loop Trail. We'll meet at the Busse Forest Central parking lot.

The mileage for the whole trail is 7.4 miles.

It's a paved trail and runs parallel to roads multiple times and at long stretches.

We can take a sit down break at around mile 4, then proceed to finish the rest of the trail.

If desired, we can hike additional distance into the Busse Forest Nature Preserve.

The end of the trail leads back to the initial meeting point at the Busse Forest Central parking lot. Then we'll celebrate and take a group photo! 📸
