Sullivan 7 - Our biggest cave trip of the year!

Shake off the winter blues and get yourself on an adventure you will never forget. This is our largest cave trip of the year, and we want you to join us! We will be tent camping on the Sullivan Cave property Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday and Sunday you can pick which cave trip you want to join. We will have trips going all weekend long to 7 different locations in the cave, such as the Sorry Room, the Lost Domes, The Quarry Room, Endless Crevice, the Merry-go-Round, and more! Sullivan Cave has 9 miles of underground passage, and you will have the chance to see lots of new passage. For those of you who have never caved with us before, we have loaner helmets for you to borrow. All first time cavers are required to attend a "Caving 101" Briefing that covers what gear you will need, what to expect, and a few safety precautions. These free briefings take place on Zoom, and they are listed on our Meetup page. Evenings will be filled with fun stories around the campfire. The property has no running water or electricity, but there is a port-o-potty and plenty of room for tents. If you prefer, hotels rooms are available in nearby Bloomington or Bedford. The suggested donation for this event is $5 to cover firewood and other expenses that goes to the non-profit who owns the cave.
