Southern China is a luscious landscape with much of the abundance of natural resources, as well as a great variety of cuisines, each with its own unique flavors. Out of the 8 major cuisines, 7 are from the south!
Southern cooking strives for more delicate tastes and layered flavors.
Let's take time to explore some of the classic dishes from southern China!
We will be making steamed whole-fish, salt & pepper shrimp, and snow pea leaf.
