Szechuan cuisine is known for it's bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting for its use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of Szechuan pepper. UNESCO declared Chengdu, the capital of Szechuan Province, to be a city of gastronomy is 2011.

We will be making cold noodles, spicy twice-cooked pork belly, and boiled hot-pepper fish. As usual there will be a surprise dessert at the end!
