Take a quick break from your workday and join us for a 30-minute gentle yoga practice. Our class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and focuses on slow and gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation to help release stress and tension in the body and mind.

This event is open to all coworking space members and non-members who are looking for a mindful way to start their week. Members can attend for free, and non-members can drop in for just $5. Yoga mats are also available to rent for $3.

Please note that the class is limited to 10 people, so make sure to RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot.
