Contracts are the most important documents that you will ever use and are essential to successfully running your small business, partnership, or proprietorship. Business contracts are legally binding agreements that establish business relationships by determining what type of work you provide and to whom, as well as how much and when you get paid.

Small Business Contracts Seminar will be the first of a series of talks focusing on essential SMB (Small and Midsize Business) operations. In this session, J Coleman (IT Professional, Entrepreneur) will explain the practical and legal aspects of contract agreements (NDA, SOW, SLA, Employment, Sales, Supplier); how to create your own contracts; and how to use contract management software to initiate and automate the entire contract process, from negotiation and drafting to execution and renewal.
