WHAT TO EXPECT

For this Meetup, Highland’s Director of Product Design Jeff Blanchard will lead attendees through a Map of Maps. He’ll share his toolbox of CX and design thinking mapping tools and explain the ideal use cases for each. Whether it's a Journey Map or a Business Model Canvas, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how these resources can help you reach your CX goals.

WHO IT WILL BENEFIT

This event is especially suited for CX and UX practitioners who want a better understanding of how mapping tools can be used to build upon different learning and design contexts. It will also help product owners and product managers, as well as design-conscious business leaders, who want to see use cases of mapping the relationship between business value and user value.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Building security at Zoro is tight. You'll need to provide a government-issued ID to get into the building.

HOW TO GET HERE

This month's Meetup will be hosted at the Zoro offices the West Loop!

If coming from internal trains inside of Olgvie Station:

• Upon arrival you will be on the second floor.
• Take the escalator to the third floor.
• Stop at the security desk to check in.
• You will receive a visitor badge and then be directed to the elevators for the 16th floor.

Coming from other transportation outside Olgvie Station:

• Take the escalator up to the third floor.
• Stop at the security desk to check in
• You will receive a visitor badge and then be directed to the elevators for the 16th floor.
