Tim Stahl – VP, Experience @ Rightpoint
Tim is a broad-based creative thinker who connects people to experiences. With diverse background in advertising, branding, and digital experiences, he always keeps the user at the center of the solutions in clients ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100. Tim helped build the design practice at Rightpoint, a Genpact Company, over the past decade where he has been responsible for hiring, mentoring, and growing it from a team of one into the industry-leading group it is now. Today, Tim creates experiences that improve the overall employee experience at every touchpoint utilizing customer experience strategies to develop internal communications sites, modern workplace, and other digital tools for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Christopher Leake - Associate Creative Director, Walgreen's
Christopher Leake is a Creative Director with 20+ years of design experience working with Fortune 500 companies and financial services firms. He currently leads a 15+ member team of talented visual designers and copywriters for Walgreens Company. The team he built focuses on User Interface design for Walgreen’s digital experiences. As a former design educator, Christopher serves as a mentor for his design team; teaching them how to navigate the day-to-day complexities of in-house design and how to build trust with their internal clients.
David Whited - Director, CX Practice, Highland Solutions
David Whited is the Director of Highland's CX Practice. David began formalizing his passion for experience design in a university setting where he led multiple teams of creatives and academics in the development of powerful institution-wide learning encounters for college and graduate students. After ten years in a higher education setting, David transferred his creative energy, classroom facilitation skills and team development expertise into the world of product development at Highland. Today, David helps Highland’s clients figure out the most important problems to solve through gaining an outside-in view of their customer’s experiences.
HOW TO GET HERE
WunderLand is located at 111 W Jackson (immediately east of the Board of Trade) and is a short walk from the LaSalle / Van Buren L stop.
Once in the building, proceed to the West elevator bank. Select the 7th floor on the touch screen monitor which will direct you to the correct elevator. (Important: you must select a floor before getting in an elevator or you will not reach the correct floor.) There will be additional signage directing you toward the event when you reach the 7th floor.
The 7th floor closes at 6:00pm. Anyone who arrives after that time will need to check in with security first before proceeding to the elevator.
