How Am I Building This? If you are a designer, an entrepreneur or someone who has the passion to build your own company, this is a “MUST ATTEND” event for you. You will have the chance to network with some of the most brilliant Chicago based entrepreneurs, start-up founders and experienced designers. You can also learn about their inspirational entrepreneurial stories, and meet up with a group of like minded dreamers.

Speakers:

• Mig Reyes: Director of Product Design, Sprout Socials

Mig Reyes supervises several design teams shaping best in class social media publishing, reporting and analytics tools in addition to a design systems team unifying Sprout Social’s UI language and patterns. Before his role at Sprout Social, Mig led and crafted design at Trunk Club, Basecamp, and Threadless. He also served as a President for AIGA Chicago and founded the Chicago chapter of CreativeMornings.

• Tim Fullerton: CEO & Creative Director & FYD

Tim Fullerton is the CEO and Creative Director at ForYouDesign. He has over 18 years of design and digital marketing experience within a variety of industries. His company focuses on visual brand development through creative design, custom web development, UX strategy and social marketing.

• Ari Krzyzek, Co-founder, Chykalophia

Ari Krzyzek has over 10 years of branding & design experience in multidisciplinary projects, ranging from graphic design, packaging, to digital & UI/UX design. She also founded Creative Women’s Co to gather creative women entrepreneurs. She has been a member of committee leaders in Women Tech Founders Chicago and mentoring other entrepreneurs at 1871.

• Richard Davy, Creative Director, HUGE
  Richard Davy is Creative Director at Huge, Chicago, with 18+ years of international experience. He has worked in Sydney, London and New York, where he both owned and worked for leading digital agencies. He leads team covering all facets of Digital Design Thinking, User-Interface Visual Design and User Experience. Outside of work hours, he helps teach, mentor and judge students in Digital Design and User Experience Design.

• Bryn McCoy, Founder & Head of Product, Technofisch Design Studio
  Bryn has deep product development experience in technology. She has been in leadership position within multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams to create user-centered solutions that support brand position and market strategy, including ShopRunner, Motorola, Citizen Made and Uptake. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Columbia College Chicago.
