About us
This is a group by and for people who have experienced ufo/uap, nhi/alien related, paranormal, supernatural, and all sorts of other anomalous encounters and experiences. This will be a non judgmental space to process, discuss, and share our experiences and provide mutual support as peers, while connecting with other experiencers.
Ideas for events:
- Recurring virtual support groups for experiencers
- Coffee/tea meetup events for general UAP/NHI discussion
- Experiencer-led disclosure activism (letter writing to elected representative, organizing public events to help prepare the public for a post disclosure world)
-UAP/NHI contact activism (ce5/HICE events, group meditation, for those interested in pursuing human initiated contact)
About the founder: Arcade (they/them) is a disabled lifelong experiencer interested in creating community around NHI experiences and disclosure in Chicagoland
Guidelines:
-This will be a LGBTQ+ affirming space
-This space will strive to honor the multiplicities of religious, spiritual and metaphysical beliefs that different experiencers use to interpret anomalous encounters.
-We recognize that anomalous experiences can happen to any kind of person, that these experiences happen all over the world
-We will be opening to listening and sharing experiences from across the spectrum of ufology, from the “nuts and bolts” to the “woo”
-This will be an intentionally antiracist, anti colonial, anti ableist space
-We will recognize that mistakes happen and strive to call in and discuss rather than exclude/censor people who violate these agreements
- We will strive to build a loving, caring, diverse community of human beings, recognizing that embracing diversity here on earth is a crucial part of coming to terms with the reality of NHI
