Welcome to Chicago Fitness Bootcamp & Hyrox Training!
This group is for anyone who wants to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether you're curious about Hyrox, training for an obstacle race, or just looking for a fun and supportive community, you're in the right place.

We’re just getting started, and our goal is to build a strong community where we can train, learn, and push each other. Most of our events will be linked to our Hyrox Training Group, but we’ll also add general fitness sessions and other activities as we grow.
