Let's try a blend of yoga, Qigong, breathwork, and sound to help us release tension, reset our nervous system, and feel more at home in our body.

Each week focuses on a different body area—shoulders, hips, spine, feet—offering tools to relax, rebalance, and reconnect as a whole.

All levels welcome. Come as you are, leave more you.

About Natalja Aicardi:

Natalja is a multidisciplinary artist whose path as a dancer, actor, and singer led her to yoga as a way to care for her body, voice, and energy. A certified Radiant Body Yoga teacher, she has taught movement and yoga to all ages for over 20 years.

She continues her studies in Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga under the legacy of Yoga Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, with a focus on Nada and Yantra Yoga. Natalja also leads conscious parenting workshops and is training to become a dance teacher in Spiral Body Technique.

Additional certifications include: Tibetan Bowl Sound Massage, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Arts. She is a graduate of Paola Coletto’s Lecoq-based School for the Theatre Creator.
