Hello! I'm Robin and I'm a newly certified forest therapy guide. I'd love to get people together for forest bathing walks. Forest Bathing is a Japanese practice, translated from the Japanese term Shin rin yoku. While forest bathing, we mindfully connect with nature, using all of our senses. We do so mostly in silence, with opportunities to share, and concluding together with tea. It has many proven benefits: stress reduction, improved immunity, and balancing blood pressure just to name a few. Come out and try forest bathing to enjoy nature in a different way!
