Come and take time to appreciate the beauty of the forest this fall! Forest bathing is a slow paced and intentional way of enjoying nature. We will walk mindfully as a group, participating in multiple invitations that guide us to be more present with our senses. The walk is done mostly in silence, with opportunities to share about our experiences in between invitations. We will conclude with tea and snacks.
