This is a SIX WEEKS hybrid Mat Pilates, and Body weight class.... all levels welcome because I'll show regressions and progressions to the movements.

We call it "Pantherlates" because we MIX IT UP. The focus is on building your CORE (power house) and understanding how body weight movements can shape muscles and build strength and endurance.

This class uses some small equipment: mat, small pillow, stability ball, weighted rubber balls, resistance bands, a yoga strap, push-up bars, the wall, and much more. If you have any of these items laying around...dust them off and LET'S GO!

Challenge yourself and take the "Pantherlates" class, you'll be stronger for it!

Because this is a virtual class ( please be sure to test your connections). You will need to be SEEN on screen for certain movements to ensure your posture and positioning is correct, safe an effective.

Youth over 13 (with an adult visibly present) will be able to attend the class.

Online etiquette will be firmly enforced. Any trolling or inappropriate attire, comments and/or behavior will be immediately disconnected, deleted and reported.
