There are several ways strengthen your body: one great practice is MAT PILATES!!

The focus on MAT PILATES is to teach you to use your body weight by working-out your muscles using slow methodical, movements without momentum.

Sound easy? I guarantee you will build core strength and increase your endurance if you practice Mat Pilates consistently.

Your body is meant to move, and the mechanics of your movements needs to be reinforced to prevent injuries.

What will you need:

  • Internet connection- Google chat connection required (the link is sent to registered attendees)
  • workout wear so you can move
  • 4'x 6' space to move
  • a mat for the floor
  • resistance band
  • small rubber ball
  • water
  • atmosphere where you can focus and groove
