Tibetan Buddhist Meditation & Sadhana - Sundays @ Chicago KTC

Details
Tibetan Buddhist meditation & sadhana practice in Chicago. Welcoming both first-timers and experienced practitioners on Sundays at 9:30am at Chicago Karma Thegsum Chöling (KTC), 2100 S. Central Ave, Cicero, IL 60804.
If it’s your first visit, arrive by 9:15 AM for a short introduction. Each Sunday includes guided meditation, traditional practice, and a short Dharma talk.
At the heart of our tradition are sadhanas, which are special meditation practices that combine chanting, visualization, and prayer. These practices support your ability to recognize your innate awareness, compassion, and wisdom. All texts include English translations and pronunciation guides, and you can engage in any way that's comfortable for you (chanting along, following in English, or simply sitting quietly).
