These teachings point directly to the heart of meditation: recognizing awareness itself and resting in its natural clarity.

Over two evenings, **Khenpo Sangye** will unpack this profound prayer and offer practical guidance for meditation. Known for his warmth and clarity, he makes subtle teachings feel personal and alive.
