Important notice for events moving forward
- Please update your RSVPs promptly.
- There will be two reminders: one in the group a week before the event, and a private message to confirm attendance 48hrs from the event, if we don’t hear back you will be removed from attending the event.
- Cancellations on the same day will be marked as now show.
- We understand things happen… but a person with two no shows will not be able to attend the next three events.
We’ve been constantly having issues with late cancellations and no shows to events and after discussions with group members it was agreed to put up some rules moving forward. Any questions please reach out.
