Volunteer in the Chicago Pride Parade

This is a very fun opportunity to participate in the Chicago Pride Parade!
We will need:
Volunteers to walk up front carrying the banner
Volunteers to hand out water to the dancers in between performances
Volunteers to distribute our handouts to the crowd. This is the biggest most important job so we want them to be very proactive.
Volunteers to take LOTS of pictures and videos to capture all of the fun performances that the dancers are doing, as well as capturing the fun energy and excitement of the crowds.

expect it to last about 4 hours from waiting in the line up position at the start of the parade to making it to the end of the parade route.

Volunteers MUST be able to WALK the entire parade route - about three miles. It's usually a hot day, but the parade goes on RAIN or SHINE.
