Our guest speaker, Daniel Baker, has been investing in Chicagoland real estate for over a decade. Starting in 2013, he began purchasing, rehabbing, and managing condos and apartment buildings across Chicago’s North Side. Daniel’s hands-on experience as a general contractor and property manager gives him a unique perspective on how to stabilize assets, manage properties, and build strong real estate teams.
