McHenry County College will host their annual Green Living Expo at their campus in Crystal Lake on 1-November. I will post more information as it becomes available. I'll be there, bouncing between the EVs, Solar, and CUB.

### 2025 Green Living Expo Highlights

• Admission is free
• Griffin Museum of Science and Industry Exhibit
• 2,500-gallon fish tank with native fish
• Pumpkin composting
• Interactive watershed exhibit
• Eco-friendly vendors
• Free fixes for small items at the Repair Fair

#### Repair Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Experts will be available onsite to help repair:

• Lamps
• Small appliances
• Clothing mending
• Bicycles
• Small engines

No electronics, computers, computer screens, or cell phones. Projects must be able to be fixed in under an hour. Limit three items per person. Walk-ins only—first come, first served.
