To provide SAFE and EQUITABLE virtual and in-person spaces for polyamorous people.

## About Us

Chicago Polyamory Connection (CPC) was founded on MeetUp in 2008 and on Facebook in 2013. We strive to be a safe, welcoming gathering space and a home for diverse polyamorous folks from all over the City of Chicago and surrounding areas. 

### CPC  operates online via Facebook and MeetUp groups named Chicago Polyamory Connection. The standards, guidelines, and policies outlined in our handbook pertain to the group across all platforms. Members are encouraged to participate in one or more of our online communities based on their preferences.

CPC is open to all who identify as polyamorous, poly-curious, and/or poly-friendly. Note that CPC represents a subclass of the more general concept of Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), focusing primarily on committed relationships. This group is not dedicated to other forms of non-monogamy and human sexuality such as: swinging, recreational sex, etc. CPC does not function as a hook-up group, nor do we allow “searching for” ads.
