Dear Chicago PUG members,
Thank you for a great start to 2023, and thank you to Ryan Booz for his wonderful presentation!
Our February meetup is scheduled for February 15 at 5-30 at DRW Training center 540 W. Madison, 25 floor
If this will be your first in-person meetup after a break, please read the whole announcement carefully, as many things have changed since pre-pandemic
- We will be meeting in the DRW office, 540 W.Madison 25th floor. This is a high-security building, which means the names of all participants should be communicated not later than 8 AM on the day of the event, and you will need to present a government-issued id to get in. Starting from the February meetup, registration for in-person events will be closed by 8 AM on the day of the event.
- The food order will be placed two days before the event, thereby I strongly encourage everybody who is planning to attend to RSVP by February 13.
- If you want to attend virtually, look for a separate meetup announcement, which will come up later. For this event, please RSVP only if you are attending in person.

Talk title:
Timescale Cloud: Scale further, build faster, and stay under budget
Presenter:
Kirk Roybal
Talk details:
What is time series data, and how can it help you in data analytics? Time series with Timescale takes the pain out of slow-loading dashboards and latent metrics. Come and learn more about the features of Timescale!
The doors will open at 5-30, with food arriving at the same time, and the talk will start promptly at 6 PM.
Please be on time! You might not be able to get in on the 25th floor after 6!
As usual, I hope to see as many of you as possible in person! We already had three live meetups, and they are lots of fun!
