Scope of Project: This project renovated both floors of an existing 1.5-story home. The first floor got an updated layout, including the kitchen, living room, recreation room, and a bathroom. The second floor was reworked with updated bedrooms, new egress windows, and a small rear addition for more usable space.

Work also included a new roof membrane, chimney removal and infill, and updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
