Join us for a relaxing evening of creativity and self-care. Grab your favorite drink and get ready to make your own custom candles after which, enjoy a soothing sound bath experience.

After the candle making workshop, you are welcome to lay back and be guided into a deeply relaxed state through the enveloping frequencies of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls during a ~40 minute sound bath. A sound bath is a vibrational experience that can help balance and soothe the nervous system to support mind and body wellness.
