About us
Movement with chronic pain, depression, and many other mental/physical health issues can be extremely hard and tiring. I am a spoonie and want to create a group of people to walk with once a week and find joy and connection amongst the pain we feel every day. We will be walking slow, and no exercise/athleticism skills are required. Maybe we can get coffee after we walk and chat! This space is LGBTQIA+ friendly and for all ages to support chronic pain/health.
