DEPOSITS: As we all know, we work hard to for our money (Donna Summers) There will be a $125 deposit (NO EXCEPTIONS) required through the meetup, when you RSVP for this trip. This ensures no one will back out at the last minute, which places a financial burden on your assigned roommate and/ or the trip leader. If you sign up and then have to cancel, you will receive a refund ONLY IF your space can be filled BY another person. (GROUP LEADER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAY YOU) payment arrangements are between you and that individual ONLY & no non-refundable expenses have been incurred on your behalf. Once your deposit is made, you will be added to the trip's group chat.
