Muffin Run
Details
•Muffin run is a weekly timed run that is open to the entire club.
• We meet on Sunday at the CARA (Chicago Area Runners Association) at 9:00am and we run for an hour followed by brunch.
•We welcome all pace groups.
•Muffin run eventually goes into a recess during the summer, but returns every year around the time of the Chicago Marathon in October.
