  • Join us at the Montrose Beach Track & Field https://rb.gy/0jo97w at 6:30 pm for the track workout each Thursday in April and May. It’s also a good time to hang out and ask questions.

  • Sessions will start at 6:30 p.m., followed by time to socialize with occasional snacks and drinks.

  • The track offers a great opportunity for speed training and more flexibility in start times.
