I would first like to apologize for last year. It was an ugly year for myself and my family. But we are back and want to get this discussion group off the ground if possible. Back in 2021, we tried to get several discussion going by using my Race/Culture meetup as a foundation. Discussions there were so political, I thought I would be able to move those discussions to this group. That largely failed. But I am going to try again this year. This group should be about the compromise that is supposed to be the American political system. Without that ability and a focus on programs and policies that work, this experiment we call America, in my humble opinion will fail.

This first meetup will be about building a framework for discussions and activities we would like to see in this group. And about how we can have productive discussions that can lead to real change in our communities.
