Bike Ride: Sauk Trail Woods to Joe Orr Woods

Join me as I host for the Forest Preserves of Cook County, the Morning Ride at Sauk Trail Woods!

Details:
Trail- paved loop and street
Part 1- 8:10 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (black) loop (3.4 miles) - estimated time to ride- 50 mins.
You will be able to end your ride after one loop.

Part 2- 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. For those who want to continue riding, we will ride the Thorn Creek Trail another (6 miles RT) to Joe Orr Woods and back. (The riding distance will depend on our pace and the weather).

Total ride: 9.4 miles
Pace: Will vary depending on the experience of the riders. You will be able to go faster if you choose.

What to wear: Dress for the weather, *helmet needed
What to bring: Water, sunscreen, bugs pray, and a post-ride snack
