Fitness Hike at Vollmer Road Grove, Matteson, IL

Hi All,

I am hosting the FPCC FREE hike at Vollmer Road Grove.
This hike is listed on the Forest Preserves of Cook County social media sites!!

We will start at 8:00 a.m.
Depending on the weather, please be sure to bring PLENTY of water. I will also have a cooler with ICE and some post hike snacks.

Because this is a "fitness hike" the pace will be consistent and moderate, however, no one will be left behind!
