Free Yoga!

Hi all, I’m going to be teaching another FREE 1-hour yoga class on Sunday, June 1 at 7pm at Yoga Now in River North.

The class will be one hour long and a mixture of hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga. I’m offering free classes as I just finished my training and am honing my craft. Perfection is not guaranteed but that’s why the class is FREE. :)

All levels are welcome and no prior experience is required. A mat can be rented there for $2 if needed.

If you’re planning on attending, please sign up ahead of time at www.yoganowchicago.com (go to the schedule section and to the appropriate date). No charge even if you don’t sign up ahead of time, but it will just take longer to sign up there.
