Summer 2023: Kin Insurance

Hi everybody!

We're back in action for the summer Meetup with Kin Insurance. Kin will be covering a number of topics during the event, including:

- How design and development works efficiently together in their small but mighty design system team
-Kin's philosophy on how their design system serves their broader digital organization
- How their design system takes a bit more of a "dev-first" approach and how that translates to helping them build their products
- Unconventional and useful ways to do more with less within your design system alongside competing priorities
- Deep dive into Kin's design system and a look under the hood at their methodologies and best practices

The event will be held at Kin's offices at the Merchandise Mart. Pizza, salad, and water/soda will be provided. After the presentation is over, we'll be heading to the Hampton Social next door so you can get to know your new Meetup friends better!

The Spring session attendees can attest to the wonderful discussions we had as a group around all things design systems, so we're looking forward to seeing you there for another wonderful event. More details to come over the next few weeks!
