This post is in regards to a Sound Magic gong and bowl immersion and not a drum circle. This is a chance to receive and go deep!
Join Jitka and John Yost for an evening of sound meditation. We will play over 30 instrument to create a rich tapestry of sounds. Large gongs, crystal bowls, singing bowls, drums, shakers, chimes, rains sticks and many other percussion instruments.
Enjoy this opportunity to soften your body, clear your mind and explore blissful and creative realms.
Bring your own cozy comforts with you, pjs, soft blankets, eye mask, etc. or use the blankets and bolsters at the studio.
