(In Person Only) Meditation on the Tree of Life and Levels of Being

Join us for our monthly meditation chamber where we study and practice effective meditation techniques suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Topic: The Tree of Life and Levels of Being

The session will begin with a short discussion on the relationship between the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and different levels of being, followed by an hour long meditation exploring these different states of consciousness.

The session will begin promptly at 1 pm. Come in early to grab some refreshments.

Feel free at anytime to step out as needed. Breaks will be provided.

Meditation chamber is designed to provide a practical spiritual path for lovers of God and seekers of truth and knowledge. Through consistent group practice we can establish a Lumisial (a Gnostic term for “a place of light”) to generate spiritual growth and insight. The foundation of these practices are rooted in the esoteric teachings of Samael Aun Weor. Between 1950 and 1977, Samael Aun Weor wrote more than sixty books on difficult subjects like consciousness, kabbalah, physics, tantra, meditation, etc., in which he deftly exposed the singular root of all knowledge that he called Gnosis, from the Greek word for "knowledge from experience."

There is paid parking across the street in the Sherman Plaza Parking Garage with cheap hourly rates ($6 for 3 to 5 hours).

The 201 and 213 Buses stop across the street at Davis St. and Benson Ave. You can also take the 93, 201, 208, 213, or 250 Bus to Davis and Maple, walking a block East on Davis until reaching our location across from Benson Ave.

The Davis Purple Line stop is half a block away. When arriving, go South on Benson Ave straight ahead to our location on Davis St.

There is also the Davis St. / Evanston Metra Station, whereby you can walk South on Maple and East on Davis.

When you arrive, enter through the front. Go down to the lower level via the stairs to the left or the elevator to the right. We are located in Suite 5.
